Buenos Aires, February 12 (NA).- The Chamber of Deputies approved in general the Juvenile Penal Regime bill by 149 to 100 votes, reducing the age of criminal responsibility from 16 to 14 years. The initiative was backed by La Libertad Avanza, UCR, PRO, Innovación Federal, Provincias Unidas, Encuentro Federal, the Civic Coalition, Producción y Trabajo, and was rejected by Peronism and the left. «News in development…»
